Why dont I hear the video playback sound???I was relying on this camera...dont get me wrong its great but my old one got wood threw on it in my dads shop and now I HAVE THIS ONE AND IT WONT PLAY SOUND!!!

...Could I bug you for a minute of your time??.I have one question...I have been going nuts trying to figure it out ..I have the exact same camera for awhile now. I always plug it in the USB port and open Quickflix and a box opens with everything I filmed on it . I hit OK at the bottom and it starts to download my movies..Recently , I open the quickflix and no box shows up ..I am not able to get my movies off the cam and onto the computer. Do you know what this might be??..Please help!!!...Lisa

mine went dead. so i bought brand new AAA batteries and put them in. It had a full charge for about 5 minutes. Then it goes dead. do you know how i could fix this?

@tazdarockstar The sound should be there when you upload... But when you are watching it on your cam. there is no sound.. Hope this helps

u m i purchased this camera, and i have a question
if the night vision goes on how do you turn it off because right under the power button it has a picture of the night vision logo with a cross across it i think it means you can turn it on or off(im talking about the night vision)

@scar12x9 As far as i know there is no way to turn it off. Sorry I was no help!

That night vision is pretty cool! Not bad for the price, and you can ride at night with lots of good vid!
