I just want to add, the Insurance company only has to pay for what the person has coverage for. If the person that hit you only had $10,000 worth of coverage, thats all the Insurance company is going to pay. It would be your job to get the rest from idiot that hit you...

Yeah, this woman is a complete idiot. If I were that agent I would SUE her for slander. Had she actually had her own insurance company handle the claim, she'd be complaining about them. This person is just ignorant, and - lady, if you are going to make a video, at least use something other than a piece of paper. Your neck is moving around pretty good, and WOW, you said lawyer quite a few times. You are going to get sued and should get sued for talking like that. "Take them for every penny you can" I think karma is gonna get you too! My farmers agent rock, and they have never lowballed me. Maybe because I understand how insurance works. Wow ignorant lady, doesn't she know that if the other car only had minimum state liability limits then it eventually caps out. I bet she was asking for a settlement before the accident even took place!!
