Thank you very much for preserving this rare document and sharing it with us....it is precious, am touched, it must be for Maronitess the equivalent of "Ω γλυκυ μου εαρ" of the Greek Orthodox, two different melodies for the same reason. This performance of Fairouz leaves a person speechless...Greetings from Greece

I don't understand the lyrics, but the tears are coming out of my eyes!!! What a voice!! I don't believe in god, but i think there is something divine in her voice.

Wonderful Lady, the best voice of the Middle East. She is Orthodox Christian. She is from Lebanon.

مرة ذُكر المسيح في برنامج من البرامج فقلتُ :و عليه السلام...ثم رأيت زوجتي لا تصلي عليه ولا تسلم فقلت لها:"كيف يذكر المسيح و لا تصلين عليه؟!" فتداركَت وصلت عليه و سلمت...ثم رأيت فيما يرى الرائي في المنام امرأة تحمل رضيعا على ظهرها فنظر إليَّ الرضيع و قال"أشهد ألا إله إلا الله و أشهد أن محمدا رسول الله"...و والله لا أقول إلا الصدق...عليهم الصلاة و السلام جميعا فهم إخوة تنبع رسالتهم من مشكاة واحدة
