In this first part of a two part turorial we show how to create a relistic particle setup simulating volumetric flames. We show how to emit particles from a mesh and use other 3d objects to control the behaviour of the particles.
I liked the fire planes tutorial, but this one is even better. Once you know how to do it, there's so much more control than by just using a turbulence node.
