what i do, is i run on my treadmill. one song i run and another song i walk and i do that for a total of 25 minutes. and then i do stretch bands to tone up my arms. is there anything else i can do to add to my workout?

@cellyjelly100 I used to do something similar! Don't forget to warm up and cool down - and add songs as you progress, you can also jog instead of walking... lastly on non cardio days remember to do some strength training! and thank you @poopinmicken for helping me answer all these :)

I have a spondylolistheis of the spine. *sigh* So I've turned back to cycling. I guess I will do intervals on my bike.

Hi Sarah! I love your channel, and the videos and your site are really helping me get a better understanding of clean eating and how to improve my workouts. As far as interval training, is running/treadmill the best form of cardio for intervals or will intervals on the Precor AMT or bike give you a similarly intense fat burning workout?
