Just another tip... when we do intervals at cross country practice I find it really helpful to take deep breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth during the slower parts of the run. We do 3 minutes easy, 2 minutes hard and when I'm really tired after the hard I only focus on breathing properly. This makes me cool down a lot faster so I'm ready for the next fast interval. :)

Alright there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got detailed 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

Hey there! Have you thought about intellectus diet (google intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

I run for about a minute and a half, then sit for about 2 minutes. I do this about six or seven times a day. Does walking instead of sitting make a big difference in weight loss?

If you don't have a Gymboss, you can just use your iPod and change the stop time of the song to 1 or 2 minutes. This interval training workout is tiring, but I can honestly feel it working after only 1 workout.

I have a little bit of excess fat in my lower abdominal. I tried a lot of things to get rid of it, but it won't go away! Please help!

what i do, is i run on my treadmill. one song i run and another song i walk and i do that for a total of 25 minutes. and then i do stretch bands to tone up my arms. is there anything else i can do to add to my workout?

@cellyjelly100 I used to do something similar! Don't forget to warm up and cool down - and add songs as you progress, you can also jog instead of walking... lastly on non cardio days remember to do some strength training! and thank you @poopinmicken for helping me answer all these :)

Doc says I can't or shouldn't run anymore. :(
I have a spondylolistheis of the spine. *sigh* So I've turned back to cycling. I guess I will do intervals on my bike.
