I use un-waxed dental floss. It takes a bit more patience but does not require preparation of the thread as the dental floss is already sterile.

In general how often we are supposed to do sutra neti? I've been told it's ok to do every day, while others say, it's way too much...so I'm confused now... Does it depend on the place we live...climate, pollution? Please advise. And thank you so much for the great videos! :-)

@AshtangaWorld Yes I can imagine gagging to be a real problem! As you said in your intro, gagging could be a problem in just watching this being done!!! LOL A bit like Vastra Dhauti too having to concentratre to avoid gagging!

@rolandsc I know it looks a bit crazy but is very effective for sinus problems and anything related with breathing. It's a bit difficult especially since I haven't done it in years. It takes incredible concentration not to gag!
