willing - little feat
Lowell George
I been warped by the rain, driven by the snow
I'm drunk and dirty don't ya know, and I'm still, willin'
Out on the road late at night, Seen my pretty Alice in every head light
Alice, Dallas Alice

I've been from Tuscon to Tucumcari
Tehachapi to Tonapah
Driven every kind of rig that's ever been made
Driven the back roads so I wouldn't get weighed
And if you give me: weed, whites, and wine
and you show me a sign
I'll be willin', to be movin'

I've been kicked by the wind, robbed by the sleet
Had my head stoved in, but I'm still on my feet and I'm still... willin'
Now I smuggled some smokes and folks from Mexico
baked by the sun, every time I go to Mexico, and I'm still

And I been from Tuscon to Tucumcari
Tehachapi to Tonapah
Driven every kind of rig that's ever been made
Driven the back roads so I wouldn't get weighed
And if you give me: weed, whites, and wine
and you show me a sign
I'll be willin', to be movin

  • really nice job on one of my all time favorite songs, especially steve earle's version. so who cares if the tunings a little out. and who knows, it could be the way it's recorded or something. i doubt most big time bands would sound fantastic all the time without a top notch studio. really good stuff mate. good on you.

  • quite hating!!! it just shows you what taste you want to have. Just accept the song for what it is and what you want

  • Bamamarv is wrong....A plus on vocals. right on key

  • "A" on song choice, "B" on chord changes, "C" on tuning, "D" on vocals. How else are you going to get better if you don't hear the truth? Good luck and keep practicing.

  • Great just need to tune up!

  • GREAT JOB MATE!!!

  • Have you tuned your guitar yet?

  • Good job on

    a

    hard song.

    Thanks. Very brave.

  • awesome
