  • I live here too!But what sucks is that i heard that one time there was a flood and the alot of people houses got flooded , and the mayor said he couldn;t do anything about it(something like he didn't have the equitment)and then theature got flooded and the mayor sent a workcrew to clean it up .so we put a lawsuit on the them and we won!And its stupid for stratford put millions of dollars into flower beds in the middle of some of our roads! And the flowers are going to die from salt on the road.

  • wow its just a thearter i kno so many punks trashed that place lol thi s town is so borin n dirty that s iy i left n now liv in T-DOT!

  • I also live just out side of Stratford. It's such a beautiful city

  • I laugh every time I hear william shatner's name

speaking of shatner, I saw patrick stewart a year years during the summer standing outside the shakespearean theatre shaking hands with two businessy looking guys.

  • haha i live here, its cool in the summer, but dead in the winter.

  • Yeah. Sadly, it also has a lot of lovely little stores that I end up leaving with considerably less money. But it is fantastic. There is actually a store where you can get tapes from the different shows at the theatre there. I got The Mikado with my dad in it for my birthday one year. It's great.

  • The town has a lot of charm

  • Really? I mainly went there during the summer with my dad for the rehersals. It was fantastic.

  • Lots of famous actors got their start there. William Shatner, Lorne Green, Donald Southerland, Christopher Plummer, lots more. I remember taking school trips there as a kid.

  • Oh, I remember that place. My dad acted there SOOOO many times... I liked that theatre a lot.
