@awwbees no but I'm using a circle so i want to emulate depth by changing the radius... what would be the math from starting with the structure index member connected to index 2?

thanks for sharing, works perfectly. Do you have any idea how to show also RGB image in quartz like background, please ? I tried it through Kineme Kinect plug-in (synepse plugin quartz cant load at all in snow leopard) but looks like kinect is hooked in your tracker app. thank you

@marprochazka You can't run Synapse and Kineme Kinect at the same time, they both get a "lock" on the Kinect. I have an idea for something I want the RGB feed for, so I may release an update to Synapse soon with support for receiving the RGB image.

how do you get the z coordinate into a readable value for the particle system?

@choshi007 I think the Z coordinate when using screen_pos gives you a number between 0 and 4000 (or close to that) depending on how close the joint is. You could map the output from that Z value to do anything you want with a particle system.

I have the same problem - the patch browser finds qcosc, but not synapse kinect. Both are in the same directory. Show stopper....

@lesserepiphanies That's strange, the problem only seems to occur on certain computers. I've heard of it happening to 3 people (including chickybooo who was able to get it to work on his other computer) but I haven't been able to figure it out. Maybe someone else who knows more about QC patches could help?
