CP Rail Summer 1996 (In HO)

Many have been asking for this, so here you go! I have finally returned to "Railfanning in HO".

Here are some shots of a small CP Rail freight train, depicting a train from around 1996. The C424 (lead unit) was retired by CP in 1998, while the SD40M-2 (2nd) was acquired by CP in 1995.

All filming was completed on the West Island Modular Railroad Club's layout, of which I am a member. Please visit their website, http://www.wimrc.ca

Beautiful work. I can literally feel the summer heat and the smell of the creosote and diesel smoke. The modeling is first-rate, and the weathering is perfect.

Not surprisingly, the audio mixing is spot-on too. Very inspiring, and it gives me a few ideas for my own projects down the road.
