I totally agree with you, rubberneckers piss me off too. I'll be honest though. If I see a tractor trailer flipped over on its side or 10 ambulances or on the other side of the highway, I would look too. Come on, be honest, you would look too. But I hate it when people slow down for ONE car or one COP. It's ridiculous. As far as cops being on the other side of the road. Bad idea. That would could cause people to slow down even more and cause dozens and hundrends of lane changes
