Eternal Sonata: Boss Only Encore Run (Part 1: Bread Gang)

Rules:
------
1) Bosses and Forced fights only. All characters must survive the fight
2) Encore mode
3) No Party Lv6

Bread Gang (Party Lv2; Beat lv1, Alegretto lv1):
As the first boss of the game, Bread Gang is supposed to be gentle introduction.
On encore mode, however, his attacks start dealing notable wads of damage, especially at Lv1. Plus he likes to take 2 turns in a row. I ended up using what few recovery items I had (thus buggering my chances against Forest Boar), and it was still a close call

alright how do you have that equip at this point in the game? Also, is there a boss mode or something in the game? I see people using Salsa and stuff way past lvl 20s and they beat fugue. Can you tell me how this is possible please?
