Start up and first ride of Kandi Viper tricycle car. It's road-legal (in the US at least) and classified as a motorcycle. It has a 250cc single cylinder engine and a CVT transmission. It tops out just short of 60mph, though we only get it up to 30-35 around the parking lot. It died at the top of the hill because we accidently only turned the fuel value on half way.

  • do you like it over all?

  • @Doodsir It's not mine, but I'd rock one for $5,500.

  • where can you get these and how much are they? If the price is not too bad I'm thinking an engine swap from an R1 would be amazing.

  • @crash1781 The correct name is Kandi Viper, you can do a Google search for distributors (youtube won't allow links in comments). They go for $5,500-$5,800 shipped, very reasonably priced. It would be a beast with a 1000cc motor.

  • Start no start is the kill switch, like on a motorcycle. It's not the choke. If you turn it off it kills the engine electronically.

  • no thats not the choke dumbass its the kill swich!just sayin

  • @crash1781 though it only goes to 55mph, the speedometer is 0-140. with a 1000cc motor, youd have a legit car.

  • how much would an engine swap be?
