Japanese lessons with Eva.
出来る=できる=dekiru
dekimasu=can, most formal, but common
dekiru=can, most conversational
dekimasuka=can?, most formal, but common
dekiruka=can?, very casual, common
dekimasen=cannot, most formal, but common
dekinai=cannot, most conversational
dekin=can't, kind of rough, but again, very common

endings
---------
na=stressor and asking for confirmation
ne=right? asking for confirmation
node=a quantifier that gives you the feeling the conversation can be continues
ka=question

Nihonogo ga dekimasen.=I can't Japanese.
Eigo ga dekiru.=I can English.

Change the intonation into a question sound by raising your voice on the end and the same
"Eigo ga dekiru?"
becomes "Can you speak English?"

"Nihonga dekimasu" means "i cant japanese? or i can ? because you wrote in the description that dekimasu means can.

What I wrote and said is correct.

dekimasu=can, most formal, but common

dekimasen=cannot, most formal, but common

dekinai=cannot(?), most conversational

The questions marks indicate that the word can be used as a question.

@Gimmeabreakman i get it now, i misheard you of course you will be correct thank you for correcting (i live in germany and im used to british english, small differences in pronounciation, but its obvious).
