and then Fedor lose to Blagoi clearly... it's clear that Fedor was lacking in his training in his last fights. I think he stopped traning judo and lifting weights with the same intensity as the old days

But Fedor in his prime = the best by far. I still think he can be top 5 if he trains in USA with the nogueiras or in a better camp. Holand is cool but i think he should be more grappling focused. I suspect he doesn't want to share his knowledge to the brazilians lol

I'm confused on the rules of sambo but am really interested in the sport. Is it pretty much just judo and kickboxing with amateur wrestling type boundaries or what?
