Yeah NL I'm rehashing this since it was kinda treated unfairly like two years ago lol, especially since it gives you faster option from AS charging, which is pretty unexpected.

u charge, tap shield, jump then do an action. U have to do it fast in succession to make the shield not appear. Look at the samus one. It shows glidetossing as well.
