just to clear some things up:
1. this was a clan war between uk players, all players know each other so i am 100% certain that no cheats or godmode etc was being used. (Also explains the large amount of laughing afterwards)
2. The server was fine it is not a server problem
3. The player here is not a noob, he is a very experienced player.
4. Here's what happend. The terrorist planting the bomb on his screen, was crouched. However, css being a buggy game, shows the terrorist to everyone else as standing. So, although the terroist model appears to be standing, the hitboxes of the terrorist are actually crouched, and therefore lower down than where the ct shot

You can see the animation is bugged by the fact that normally while planting you see the terrorist crouch down in the final moments of bomb planting to lay the bomb down if they plant the bomb from a standing position. In this video you can see that the terrorist remains standing and no animation is being played at all as it has bugged.

TL;DR animation bugged caused player to miss, he is not noob.
