Mwea member of parliament, Peter Njuguna has been charged with incitement to violence by a Kerugoya court. The mp is accused of making utterances that could have led to the killing of four people who lived in a ranch dogged by ownership wrangles in Kirinyaga district. The mp had allegedly threatened those who had re-settled in the ranch to leave or else they will be forcibly evicted. Elsewhere, the Wajir south vote recount concluded at the Mililani commercial courts today. The votes put the current mp Ali Hassan in the lead with 4450 votes while his rival Mahammud Sirat had 3950 votes. Olivia Okech reports

Has anyone realised the spelling mistakes we Kenyans make even on very important documents such as the police case sheet (similar to the one on 0:18) the word contrary is either written as "Contrarjy" or my eyesight is not okay. this also goes along with the many spelling mistakes on the Kenya School of Law website. Kenyans! we need to step up our game.

kick this goon out of parliament. inciting is illegal and any honourable member that does that has no right being an MP.
