A PBY Catalina lands in Crescent Harbor/Saratoga Passage and taxis up to the Seaplane Base on one of the original seaplane ramps. This was the first time in 60 years that a PBY has landed & taxi'd onto the ramp that was once home to 16 PBY squadrons during WWII. The shutter speed of the camera apparently made the props look like they were hardly turning at some points during the taxi. If you look up Oak Harbor, WA on Mapquest & zoom in with the aerial view you can see 2 of the original seaplane ramps going into Crescent harbor. They're mostly used for launching boats, but as of today they're still used for the occaisional old Navy PBY Catalina!
