it rattles because theres a little "door" inside that lets the air in and once the air is in it pushes the "door" shut so thats why it dose not rattle when its full on the other hand when its not full or actually empty nothing is holding it so it loose (rattles)

my friend had a guerilla tank but switched to ninja and he liked it but im not sure cuz i dont know about that WTF oh u only said uhh ummm or i dont know like 10000000000000000 times learn the product before the review

that o-ring on the cap thing is a spare for the tank.
