  • It appears that this is a larger construction site than an acre. It is however hard to get a real sense of the scope, without seeing the site in person.

I appreciate your making this, I hope it either shames or inspires the "powers that be," to re-visit the site and perhaps re-evaluate their already documented findings.

I like the classical music that you've used in the video, it sounds like Aaron Copland or perhaps Bernstein. It's dramatic and quite beautiful! Good Luck with your efforts.

  • Thank you for taking the time to view this video. It is actually Aaron Copland's Grand Canyon Suite. Have you had the chance to drive by this construction site yet? If so, let me know your thoughts.

  • Thank you Philipstown watchdogs.

    Great Video!

I applaud your efforts and hope that this will in some small way result in the NYSDEC and the New York State Environmental Protection Agency beginning to take the of enforcement of our Local, State, and Federal Clean Water Act Laws more seriously. After all, don't we here in the Hudson Valley deserve to have our laws enforced? Keep up the great work! Thanks again. What's up with that dump truck backing up right into that Wetland? That seems suspect,

  • Thanks Kirby...I'm waiting to see if there is any action from either the NYSDEC or the EPA (Region 2 in Manhattan) When snd if I hear anything, I'll let you and the others on my e-list know. I'll also let you and the others know if no action is taken...which will probably be the case..."Your tax dollars at work...indeed!"

    Russ
