  • Thank you for this video. I have 2 questions -1) How many potatoes did you intially use as seed and 2) Is there any ratio of potatoes planted and potatoes harvested?

  • @Sbhabhi 1) 3 seed potatoes were used. 2) about 10 to 1 in a good year

  • One potato, cut into three eyes (pieces}

  • 14 pounds of red pontiacs

  • Wow, this is pretty cool. You can be sure I'm going to do this method in the greenhouse this winter and through the spring. Didn't know you can grow them vert. and just keep adding compost around the stems and branches for more potatos. Thanks for the video, very helpful info. - Brian
