Thousands participants came to enjoy the 15th Anniversary of South East Asian Water Festival in Lowell, MA. The ceremony kicked off Friday evening with monks blessing, while participants whispering their wishes and floating evil spirit and bad lucks away in Kantoung or floating paper bowls. The festival ended Saturday with final boat race of eight teams. VOA Khmer's Pin Sisovann reports from Lowell.
