is this siren still active? wanna film it tomorrow.
-
where exactly is this siren (what building is it closest to?)
-
Great P-15!
-
@Jpressman8 That'd be cool.
-
@KSE828 I'll get you a photo of an allertor apart. Trust me the Allertor and P-10/15 are the same siren with different housings. There may be port ratio differences with the choppers on some models but they are the same. I have seen one taken apart.
-
@Jpressman8 You'd need to do something else or w/e because P-10/15 dont even remotely resemble Allertors in terms of sound. Different blower or whatnot, but it can't be that simple....
-
@KSE828 You slide the Allertor housing off and slide the on the P-10/15 projector housing and it's done chopper and rotator remain the same.
-
@Jpressman8 How does an Allertor become a P-10/P-15? Is it just some sort of chopper carry over or something?
-
i think the siren likes you she was grawling at you in a sort of way like this. siren:yay finaly someone watches me on my test day grrrrrrrrrrowl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
@Jpressman8 Ah I see. So it's sort of just a check to see that the radio signal is working? Then that's why they only do a short "burst..."
What is the purpose of the "Growl test?"

@BobbytheBongoPlaya It is the RF com check (Radio Frequency Communication Check) If it fails it shows up on the board at the main office RF com failure.
