  • i popped my shoulder out snowboarding a few years ago. ever since it pops out sometimes(very painful) for instance doing front raises with very light weight 5 lbs. it hasn't popped out for over a month now but still feels unstable and weak. i am starting today your shoulder rehab. do you think i have a chance without surgery?
