Philippine Christian Foundation works with some Manila's most disadvantaged communities-- "scavenger families" who live and work on garbage dumpsites and families living among the tombs in public cemeteries.

XD So for me, the health center should campaign more, on this areas.. at least every month. saying they have free Vasectomies, free condoms, and the public school, should always teach teens how to prevent pregnancy, as in at least 2 times every year of their high school. I don't know these are simple things for me that maybe can help to educate people there. and prevent of having more people. and so at least the government will not gonna be blamed always, at least they are doing something.

Its corruption in filla that causes poverty ..... NOT OVERPOPULATION. Foreigners wont invest there because of the corruption. New york city has many more people than Manila yet no one is starving there. Its the power of our lord and saviour jesus Christ which allows them to face one moment to the next. Most of these poor people have JOY... something very lacking in the west.
