  • looks like .25" depth cut per pass....if so......not that impressive. I would think at minimum .375" depth....also a lot of pause with z lift/plunges...you could tidy up this toolpath and save a lot of time...

    Nice build.

  • @MrEbc3 I'll be honest, I haven't tried to optimize anything at all. I'm new to routers (did an X2 minimill a few years ago) so I'm still feeling things out. Thanks for the tips.
