Woah, a typo... The diameter for Z shaft IS 11.75mm :)
-
I´m sorry, but the standard tip diameter for the 2nd gen. Predator 314 shaft is 12.75mm.
Instead, the Z shaft has a diameter less than 11.75mm :)

There is something unusual about your final warm up stroke. At least, it is unusual compared to my final warm up stroke. I take after Allison Fisher as a role model in that, like you, there is a pause before releasing the cue. But it doesn't seem as if you're giving that final warm up enough time. It seems hurried to me. My cue tip on my final warm up pauses both at the cue ball and at my hand when I pull back the cue. It gives me a line of sight and the ability to think for a moment about speed

@deathinflctor Predator sneaky pete with a stainless joint, 314 second generation shaft. and a triangle tip.
Did you have your shaft tuned down to 11.75mm or what?

@nimajnebrm the second generation 314 is a little less than 12 mm. I did not have the shaft turned.

I have watched every single one of your drill videos and I have found them to be IMMENSELY helpful. Reading them in a book and charting them on paper just isn't the same as actually seeing someone as skilled as you are DO it. I've passed it on to many of my own friends and 'students', and their position, speed and control games have improved dramatically. Thanks again, FF! And PLEASE keep the drills coming! ~ Jon
