Can you do two rows of shells and then a regular single or double stitch? How would I do that?

Okay, I've been crocheting for about 20 years now and if my Ma-Maw (the one who taught me originally) weren't deceased, I would have just had her teach me this. I'm completely confused. The video is so grainy and blurry that I can't see what you're doing half the time and you go so fast I can't keep up! I lost you after "now I'm going to work with my first chain"... Great video, none of the other videos i've seen did a second row for the shell stitch and i was kinda blank as to how to do the second row. So thank u!!!!! I have a question: I am making a blanket and i used dbl dtitches but am adding the shell stitch in the middle. after i complete the shell pattern do i keep dbl stitching in each dbl stitch of the shellto get back to my normal dbl stitch pattern? Hope this question makes sense.
