I just found out that hookah is SOOO much worse for you than cigarette. its so much worse and can cause lung cancer like 3 times faster. not even kidding. you should stop.

If you have read the "so-called" reports, it looks SCREAMINGLY bad for you. But stop to understand the way they are testing - they BURN a whole 250g to ASHES & tested the WHOLE amount of smoke at one time. Is that how anybody smokes? Other reports are using scare tactics to frighten people. Yes, smoking anything, tobacco or herbal shisha, is bad for you. It's all about control and method: hookah filters it thru H2O and your aren't burning the tobacco - just heating it to produce smoke.
