k winter formal is coming im wearing a long blue dress (ankle) IT HAS DAARKER FLOWERS AND ITS A THIN STRAPED HALTER SOME FRIENDS SAY ITS TOO LONG BUT THE THEME IS NIGHT AT THE OSCARS AND PLUS IT WILL BE IN THE 20 should i go short?

@MirandaMadigan if the dress is midcalf (inbetween your knees and feet, then i would recommend that you cut it) if it is floor length then keep it long :) it would be pretty that way

So I need help! I have to wear a "semi formal" dress for my 8th grade graduation and i have no clue what sort of dress that would be. I'm so stress so i decided to start hunting down the perfect dress now, instead of waiting. But in order to do that i need to know what im looking for so if you can help me plz plz do! =D thanks.

if you have an older sister or best friend with an older sister, maybe she has some dresses she can lend to you. You should pick something that makes you feel beautiful, maybe something in your favorite color. I don't know your price range but they have a lot of cute dresses at macys and forever21. I like cute poofy dresses with a tie in the middle, and I think you should wear something with straps.
