@BOOMAG33 when u get up every morning, eat breakfast right away then get to exercising. exercising when you just get out of bed boosts up metabolism. START OUT SLOW! do about 15-20 minutes of exercise a week. then the second week, add another 5 minutes. same thing with the 3rd week. watch your breads, dairy, sweets, ect. and drink water while exercising or you will get sick from dehydration. lower your soda and sweet tea, it rlly make a difference! hope this helped. it did for me!(: God Bless!(:
