Worst phone I have ever owned. Do not get one. I'm not the only one who's had trouble with it either! Screen goes after a while. Freezes ALL the time even after upgrading software.

I have used Blackberrys for past 2 years, and got the Storm 2 months ago. It is a very frustrating phone to use. There are so many things wrong with it I don't know how RIM could have screwed up so badly. It lags, interface is clumsy, and I'm always charging this thing.
