My kawasaki AR 50 With Arrow exhaust.

Here is my kawasaki ar 50, its had loads of stuff done to it, arrow exhaust, racing cdi unit, k&n air filter, 21mm carb and a racing reedblock, topspeed, well it will do nearly 60 in fourth. the only trouble is there is a flatspot between 6000rpm and 7500 rpm, so it doesnt pull in 5th gear which is annoying, but im going to get my bike ported, and get the carb setup properly so hopefully it might get rid off it.

he has an arrow exhaust which is as good or better than micron.

Ebay is good for parts i have a micron exhaust i will sell ts abit tatty and sprayed black :) but will give you extra 10mph :)

Nice stuff mate, I have an ar50 too but I'm really needing it to go faster, it's only reaching like 35 and that's with a different cdi and slightly bored out carb, could anyone tell me where to get the exhaust ect from... I can't find any! Any help reaallly aprectiated!

the exhaust port from the standard ar50 is too small meaning is doesnt pull after about 7K rpm, to get rid of your flat spot you need to port it out 2 or 3mm, oh and other stuff you might wanna try - the top end from a AR80 will slip right on yours, and the gearbox insides too (gives you a 6th gear). If you want real speed then buy a 93cc kit for the bike, -the race 93 kits have an exhaust port the size of my head.
