I don't agree with many of Rick Boucher's policies, but the attacks on him about cap and trade are so full of it. I'm a native of SW Virginia, so I'm fully aware of how much it will affect the economy here. However, this is an incentive, not a stranglehold. It serves as a boost for the region to move away from relying so heavily on coal so that it can focus on economic models that sustainable in the long term. COAL ISN'T.

Rick Boucher is a total tool. He voted for Cap & Trade, to end jobs in the coal industry of southwestern Virginia. The people he is supposed to be representing? Sorry Mr. Boucher, you have been in D.C. too long and I so wish you would not have turned on your own constituents and followed Obama, Pelosi, & Reid with the liberal-progressive agenda. You can continue to claim you're a democrat, but I have confiscating your conservative card!!!
