I have a 9.9 Johnson with a 15hp carb and I can reach a top speed of 28 mph.

Yeah it takes a lot of space but is very comfortable and nice to steer with. you just sit relax in a couch. The zodiac futura alread has a rails for it. But anyway, it are great boats.

Not easily, but it was OK (48 kg). I prefered this outboard due to its relatively light weight, actually this was the easiest engine with 25 HP.

sounds a bit like my evinrude when getting on plane.
Nice video!

i find yhey have oil leaks and head gasket problems also noisy and fuel guslers not to mention they lack so much in power department espesially with 2-6 60-350

Hello,
the video was made in Hungary on Danube. There was a big flood that time, this is why you can not see the bank just trees. That time I thougt about wheelconsole as well, it can be great, however I didn't want to sacrifice the room inside the boat.

In the info it says 25 hp but 20 on the motor. Why this discrepancy?

Actually 20 and 25 hp two-stroke Yamaha outboards are the same motors. Yamaha produces 20 hp outboard by limiting the performance of 25 hp one some mechanical way.
So this motor is a 20 hp one, but it was transformed to 25 hp to get the original power.
