When Bret went to WCW I was actually a bit excited because maybe he'd get some of the respect he deserved, But if you ask me, WCW screwed Bret a hell of a lot worse than Vince did and it was absolutely a shame watching Bret work for such trash and how they handled him. Competing for the U.S Title? And no World title shots until WCW was already buried by WWF in 99 was a disgrace to such an icon in this sport.

@RMilvae i knowww right. wtf!!! And ya ever notice...when WWF would do commentary on a Bret Hart match, they'd talk about his technique, how he'd wear guys down to set up the Sharpshooter...
WWF - "and Bret HIT-MANNN Hart drops that elbow into the left leg, doing what he does best and methodically picking apart his opponent, is the Sharpshooter coming soon?!?" etc.
WCW - "And Bret Hart with an elbow to the knee, we saw Hogan out here earlier..."

I use to hate when they go off when something crazy happens in the end back then.
About 12-13 years ago When Bret was going to hit someone with a chair they turned off, I was like What the fuck?!!
