I was searching and found this again. I'll never hate again it was because of this video i found out about serato. Now I have it and it makes life so much easier. I just didn't understand what I was looking at. He could have hated on me but he didnt he just took it in stride.

who gives a fuck ... as long as it sounds good and it fucked does... if he is running it through serato scratch live on a rane ttm 57 with an effects unit WHO CARES .. its fucken hott sound and the effects are apart of the mix if u ask me

Thanks for the comments vanillamillz. I'm using Serato Scratch Live, it's a dj software program that enables me to carry all my music without lagging heavy crates around, which i've been doing for years now. I don't consider myself a scab as I still buy records every week :)

Playing Hip-Hop club sets is really more focused on rocking the crowd. Sometimes I mix, sometimes a drop or cut songs in. It really all depends on how I wanna work the records in to a set. Versatility is the key to being a good DJ, just comes with experience. Thanks for the feedback anyways :)

Thanks, glad you like the video. I use a Rane ttm 56 with a Pioneer EFX-500. :)
