@itsSela coastal scents palettes are amazing! the quality is great, and the price is amazing!! (my 88 shimmer palette was only $20. The only downside to the palette is that sometimes the eyeshadows fall out. Ive had mine for 1 years and only 3 fell out.
Their shipping alright, kind of just regular. Its more expensive for canada though, as always :P I say your best bet is the coastal scents 88 shimmer palette! good luck(:
