@missmellyful the bottle of Curash Baby Care moisturising soap free bath states "Add one firm squeeze (aprox 8ml) to a normal sized bath (approx 10 litres of water). Simply swish water to foam bath and gently cleanse babys head and body."

so yed i believe you have been wasting your time but it all depends on the product you are using. Thanks

@goodmaro We must've wasted our time soaping washcloths when we had a cake of soap floating in the bath, then! Or are the liquid body washes more effective when they're that dilute?

I'm asking this for commercial reasons, to see if users find such products to be effective skin cleaners at high dilution. It could have an effect in the US on the regulatory status of foam baths, because if they're not intended for cleaning (but just for making bubbles), they're not cosmetics.
