Fraser Road in Patna could give you the feel of being in the best hub of any city in India, in fact, if I am not biased because of my Bihari background, I would actually term it the best along with Exhibition Road and Dak Bungalow , nothing in Delhi or Calcutta can match it, I have not been to Bang, Hyd and Bombay). Bihar, the second fastest growing state in India and the Patna, the second best place in India to do business in India according to the World Bank is posed for a big leap, the video tells a lot of stories, no encroachments, no filth or garbage on the roads, neon signs and big and swanky cars, and of course the malls, the decade belongs to Bihar.
