montage made by my sister & I about elite gymnastics. The footage is all from the 2008 Olympic trials (this was made before they announced the Olympic team) but it applies to all gymnastics. This montage is a huge inspiration to me, and I hope it does the same for all of you :) I wasn't going to post this for a while, but Happy Halloween :)

I don't know who all of the people talking are. But I think can hear Shawn Johnson "say thank you AshleyakaFlipper it's just amazing thank you so much" at about 0:24. AshleyakaFlipper is the bomb diggity when it comes to making these gymnastic montages. She has made several huge classics I wouldn't be a bit surprised if every elite gymnast knows and watches her productions including Nastia, Shawn, Shalya, Alicia and the rest. These montages are so addictive it's like crack on video
