8p then. A copy with the original space spinner will set you back several hundred quid on ebay these days. In fact it's the spinner that increases the value of the comic astronomically. The comic on its own can be bought for £30 to £40.

Too right! This was my first issue of 2000ad too! I spent the whole summer playing with that spinner too!

I bought it! Before this comic I read The Buster. What a change it was. It was incredibly cool, had genuine storylines and proper violence. Please don't laugh out loud at our meagre pleasures from the past. :-)

Boragg Vor thrigg Earthlings. I had Every copy from number 2 and the bionic decals too.
Now moved from UK and live in California, I was so suprised to see the advert, i have not seen that since I was a teeneager and remember that so vividly, thanks alot mate.
