MrLj410 what about head gaskets? Since when does Duramax have head Gasket problems. Since when does anyone diesel engine have head gasket issues other then the Navistar 6.0 installed in the ford pickup

Powerstroke Is a mix of Cat and Cummins? What does that mean? Cause neither Cat nor Cummins have anything to do with powerstroke. Powerstroke is Navistar International. So bud your wrong. An Duramax is Junk? Gaskets? What are you talking about. I Have been a GM tech Since 2002 an the last problem in the world we have with the duramax is Gaskets. Duramax is about the only 200K milage diesel pick that you will ever see come into a shop without an oil leak. So looks like you need to do some researc

are u kidding me dodge hemi??? please those trucks come in more than anyother truck, people think (oh ive got a dodge with a hemi) cool yea they always break. most of them dont even have posi. they do one hell of a burnout and are pretty quick. the only other truck i can think that can keep up is a tundra

needs to change his head gasket after that one..... i was the biggiest gm nut hugger u could have until my balls dropped and worked at a shop and realized............. gm aint the (toughiest ) truck. 6speed cummins or a 7.3 powerstroke is the only way i would go.
