May 25, 2008... Because of Judah/Mosley the NSAC updates it out-of-comp testing with an emphasis on really enforcing it.

Jun 6, 2008... Floyd walks away from a 30 mil rematch with Oscar and terminates his "license" thus becoming "INELIBLE" for the NSAC testing..

He would also allow his license to expire after mosley fight as well

Professional Boxing is not regulated well - reason why there is no blood testing cos it is very expensive £30,000 roughly for each fighter, very expensive even fucking WWE stopped blood testing cos it was so expensive back in the 80s - but moving UP in weight and keeping your punching power is not impossible - moving DOWN in weight can keeping punching power that is harder! Cos your draining your body
