How do you decide who gets the royalties to the images for this scenario? Also, do you use flash in the bar scene?

Hi dom this is a very great tip/ video. May i know though if you used any speedlight in your shots inside the club? I really liked the effect of the ambient light in the pub but i never get it in my shots. They are either too bright ( if with flash) or too dark ( if without) . Thanks dom!!!
