I would prefer the amp on top of the PT 100 the SH 100!
-
Yes, they do have much of the same "fizzyness" as a 5150. But not that dry. The clean channel alone is worth the whole amp. This is a El34 amp not 6L6 like the 5150.

Everything Suhr puts his hands on turns to gold :-).

channel 2 &3 on pt 100 are "seperate" (seperate gain and volume) but share the same tone controls. Also there are som other stuff like womp (loose or tight bass), and some other stuff I can't remember. I would have bought a PT100 over a OD100se+.

John is in my opinion the most knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to understand what creates tone from the strings to the pickups, wood, bridges, nut material, and all the way through the signal chain to the amp and the cab. He has a rare God given ear for tone and the knowledge to bring it to life through his guitars and electronics. He DA MAN.

John designed the OD100 and Bradshaw built them. Bradshaw quit building them about 4 or 5 years ago and now John has the rights to the name and is building many iterations upon this theme. John has always been the knowledgeable brain behind these things.
