@aliciasy156 you take a class at your local pole dancing facility,which is probably better than watching the flirty girl fitness, you should be doing more moves at the beginner level than what is shown.

They need to do this with 6 inch heels on... Just about any girl can dance on a pole, but when you add those stripper heels into the equation its a whole different story...

Am I seriously the only person that thinks neither pole dancing nor stripping makes you slutty? How is pole dancing any sluttier than chair dances? For that matter, watch a rap/hip-hop video. THAT is much sluttier than pole dancing. Just IMO
