Get Ivan Ironman Stewarts perspective on the new 4Runner, the team and what it takes to conquer the unforgiving Baja 1000.
To evaluate the durability of the all-new 5th Generation 4Runner, Toyota had its engineers get behind the wheel to challenge one of the most demanding and grueling desert races in the world, the renowned Baja 1000.
Just bought a 3rd generation and absolutely love it. Its my first Toyota and can already tell I wont be buying anything else!

I live in New York so not a lot of off roading. But I plan on keeping it a long time to go on road trips like up to Canada and other places. My uncle had a 93 which he bought brand new. Today it has 300k on the orininal engine and tranny and still is bulletproof. Another uncle has a 97 4Runner that has around 220k on it.
The thing is, I am in college so i am on a budget. The 4runner uses a lot of gas I hear and is more expensive than the Pathfinder
How much will a used one cost next year?
